Preparing for Your First Consultation

A short guide so your first visit feels calm, unhurried and useful.

Preparing for your first visit

In order to ensure that we can serve you better, we like to prepare you for your first visit and coaching. If you are able to get an appointment, it means that you have passed our preliminary screening to become a client of the centre. Congratulations.

Please fill up the new client forms to the best of your ability. It is critical that you fill up details of your blood type (A, B, AB or O). We do not need to know if it is Rhesus positive or negative. If there are questions you wish to ask regarding what type of tests we are going to do, please do so before the consult and you will be given the required information.

Please fill up the forms as follows:

  • Acute physical injury (sprains, back pain, etc.): Fill up the front page and mark the source of pain and injury on the figure on the second page.
  • Chronic pain: Do as above and complete the last page — a chronology of injuries, accidents and surgeries from the earliest to date.
  • All other issues: Fill up all pages to the best of your knowledge. Mark the source of pain and injury on the figure on the second page. Include how you were born, physical and emotional accidents, injuries, surgeries chronologically, and any relocations. Also include information about your parents — their illnesses and your relationship with them.

Before your visit

  • Complete the onboarding forms we email you — please return them at least 48 hours before your appointment.
  • Gather recent test results, imaging reports and a list of current medications and supplements.
  • Note a brief timeline of your main concerns — when things began, what has helped, what has not.
  • Wear comfortable clothing; some assessments involve light movement.

What to expect on the day

Your first consultation is typically 60–90 minutes. Dr Sundardas or a senior clinician will listen to your full story, review your history, and — where indicated — conduct functional assessments such as Oligoscan, thermography, functional brain age or postural analysis.

You will leave with a clear sense of the next steps: what we recommend investigating, which therapies may help, and an honest view of what a realistic plan looks like.

After the consultation

  • A written summary and personalised plan is prepared for you.
  • Follow-up appointments track progress and adjust the plan as your body responds.
  • Our team remains available between visits for practical questions.

A gentle note

Naturopathic care is a partnership. The more openly you share your history, routines and goals, the more precisely we can support you. There is no judgement — only curiosity about what your body is telling us.
